Projects Management Board Meeting
The Board of Directors of the projects, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. / Alaa Abdel Halim, President of the University, was held in the presence of Prof. Mohamed Khader, Vice President for Education and students affairs, they discussed the following topics:
• Discussing the assignment of colleges to the general coordinator of the application of MIS at the college.
• Discussing the completion of the processing and receipt of the new headquarters of the information network.
• Discussing the need to add items related to the required equipment for the new information network headquarters, and maintenance of the network at the main campus in the west of the Nile.
• Discussing the benefit of the IT Training Center in training groups in different ages from outside the university on IT.
• Discuss the need to expand the digital library to accommodate the number of scientific messages and provide services to the university community.
• Discussing the memo to provide new electronic services for students and researchers at the university through the digital library.
• Discussing the memorandum on Internet infrastructure on the new campus of the East of the Nile.
• Discussing the memorandum on increasing the storage space on the servers of the information network in favor of other technological projects.
• Discussing the establishment of new electronic units for the colleges applying for the Executive Director of Information.
