Beni-Suef University: Termination of the service of an assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine and require him to recover 33 thousand pounds
The Board of Beni-Suef University No. 147 during its meeting held on 30/6/2017 issued a decision to terminate the service of the assistant teacher at the Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, from the date of his suspension from work and referred him to the Public Prosecution, based on the memorandum submitted
from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and the Director General of the General Directorate of Cultural and Scientific Relations and according to the opinion of the legal advisor at the university.
According to the decision of the University Council, the aforementioned person was sent as a member of the joint supervision mission to the United States of America. According to the law, he must receive the work on 2/2/2017, but he has ceased to work since that date. The resolution included his demand for the recovery of all expenses of the mission and what he got from the university budget of wages and salaries, which amounted to 33368.42 thousand pounds.
