President of Beni-Suef University: Establishment of legal clinic at the Faculty of Law to provide legal support to the community

Prof. Dr. / Amin Lotfy, President of Beni-Suef University, announced the approval of the Supreme Council of Universities to establish a legal clinic at the Faculty of Law (special unit) and the adoption of its financial and administrative regulations.
This came during the presidency of Prof. Dr. / Amin Lotfy of University Council No. (146) held on 30/5/2017 as part of his interest in the benefit of community and the surrounding environment and take benefit from all disciplines of scientific and technical personnel at the university faculties.
President of the University explained that the establishment of the legal clinic at the Faculty of Law as a special unit with its independence and financial, administrative and technical affairs management
and it is subject to the statute of the law of universities organization and its executive regulations. The aim of this clinic is to go out of study in the Faculty of Law from the purely theoretical framework to the practical reality by training students on the real problems with real clients so that the graduate of the college be qualified to work in his specialty after graduation professionally and spreading of legal culture in society, strengthening the capacity of civil society in the field of women's and children's rights, preparing a practical guide to be used in providing legal advice, preparing a qualified working group to provide advice and legal assistance, and preparing relevant brochures and booklets In this regard.
