Judgment of innocence Professor at the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Beni Suef from all what attributed to him

The results of the investigations conducted by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Zaher and Dr. Adel Abdullah, both professors at the Faculty of Law, were acquitted by Dr. Medhat Ali Abu Seree, Professor of Physical Education at Beni Suef University and former Dean of the Faculty of Law.
The investigation notes pointed out that the administrative court has established in its rulings an important judicial principle that the disciplinary convictions must be based on pieces and certainty rather than on suspicion and speculation, pointing to a discrepancy between the statements of those whose testimony was heard and so we recommend keeping the investigation with Dr. Medhat Abu Srei From the memorandum of the Dean of the College.
