Beni Suef University won second place in the championship of Arab Universities for five football

 D / Amin Lutfi, head of the University of Beni Suef , honored University's football team for winning second place in the Arab Universities Championship (second Arab session ten to five football), which was held at the University of the South Valley from 19 to 25 November and in which I participated (26 ) Egyptian and Arab League, where the university team in the preliminaries, won the Fayoum University 8-2 and then at Helwan University 6-2 in the role of (16) won the Damanhour University 6-1 in the role of (8), 4-2 in the role of (4) before final win over the University of the Renaissance in a penalty shootout and Fethiye final game Runners after the match with Mansoura University in a penalty shootout.

D / Amin Lutfi rector stressed the encouragement and his continued support for sports activities of the university in terms of encouraging youth and develop their awareness of sportsmanship through local and regional competitions with the Egyptian and Arab universities, which contributes to the development of awareness among youth issues national sport and invest in stimulating excellence at students by organizing sports activities of the high level of interest at the level of the Egyptian and Arab universities.
