Under the auspices of Prof. / Amin Lutfi, head of the University of Beni Suef organized by the Faculty of Science under the supervision of Prof. / quality Ismail, Dean of the College seminar entitled "economic returns for scientific research from the perspective of the knowledge economy" in the presence of D / Ahmed Sabbagh, director of Petroleum Research Institute in the presence impressively from students.
This comes in the context of D / rector interest in hosting the scientists in different scientific disciplines and that will of his sons from the students service lasting benefit and to ensure maximum seeking more especially in the disciplines of various scientific expertise minute, pointing to the role of the university in community participation to serve the community and the surrounding environment , hence the idea of ??establishing the Faculty of earth Sciences instead of water technology and the Institute of Petroleum, that comes in the framework of the national University of interesting projects that serve the country and contribute to the creation of everything that contributes to the development of vital fields that serve the homeland.
D / Amin Lutfi Rector explained that the Faculty of Earth Sciences is the first of its kind in Egypt, including the college all disciplines related to earth sciences and not just water and oil sciences, explaining that the college look after studying all aspects of water resources and sanitation, Petroleum and Mineral Resources and environmental impact management and seeks to access for Entrepreneurship and innovation through the adoption of programs of study specializing in Tllk fields.
The President of the University of Beni Suef to the college also aims to prepare qualified scientific cadres in the field of Earth Sciences, and providing them with skills matching process with the standards of the National Authority for quality assurance and accreditation.
