Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, and within the framework of the university's constant pursuit of excellence and leadership, and its keenness to prepare qualified personnel capable of keeping pace with the requirements of the digital age, the Faculty of Education organized an awareness workshop entitled “Employing Mobile Phone Applications in Work Environments and Enhancing Effective Communication” under the supervision of Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel-Mawjoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Osama Mahmoud Qarni, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Dr. Ahmed Fikri Bahnasawi, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Azzam Abdel-Nabi Ahmed, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit, and Ambassador of Excellence at the Faculty, and prepared and implemented by Dr. Marwa Ezzat Abdel-Gawad

The head of the Training and Technical Support Committee at the Quality Assurance Unit and head of the awareness campaigns team at the Faculty of Education, Dr. Eid Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Professor of Curriculum and Science Teaching Methods at the Faculty, delivered a lecture. The lecture was attended by a number of faculty members, staff, and students

The university president emphasized that this training aligns with the Faculty's ambitious vision to cultivate a creative generation of leaders equipped with modern communication skills, keeping pace with the technological revolution in education and administration. He noted that the lecture addressed future perspectives on leveraging technology to enhance the work environment and foster effective communication among individuals, stressing the importance of digital transformation as a means to improve academic and administrative performance
The workshop also witnessed a distinguished attendance from faculty members, staff, and students, who demonstrated positive engagement and renewed enthusiasm, reflecting their deep commitment and national responsibility towards technological advancements in education. This interaction contributed to creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters collaboration and active participation in achieving the college's academic and professional goals

For his part, Dr. Osama Qarni expressed his satisfaction with the workshop's success and the high level of participation from the attendees
