The Faculty of Early Childhood Education at Beni Suef University, under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, organized a workshop Entitled "The Role of Physical Education in the Lives of Children with Special Needs," the event was held under the supervision of Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Ibrahim Abdel Razek, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Hanaa Fouad, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. The training was conducted by Dr. Iman Younis, Department of Humanities
The workshop addressed the role of physical education in the lives of people with special needs, as it impacts all aspects of life, including physical, psychological, social, mental, and even academic. Through sports, people with special needs can realize their potential and express themselves. Through sports, they can achieve championships and accomplishments, such as the advanced positions they achieved in the Paralympic Games. This, of course, makes them feel like they are an integral part of society, with rights and duties
