President of Beni Suef University: Start of the qualification course for university work

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the activities of the University Preparation Course for newly appointed teaching assistants in the university's colleges and institutes began today. The course is organized by the Human Resources Development Center from February 25 to 27, under the supervision of Dr. Gomaa Saeed Tehami, the center's director. Dr. Tareef Shawqi, former Vice President of the university, lectured on the first day.
Dr. Mansour explained that the course aims to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of new teaching assistants in areas such as communication, research team management, time management, professional ethics and conduct, as well as financial and legal aspects. The course covers a range of topics, including the ethics and morals of the university teaching profession, effective communication skills, time and meeting management, research team management, and various subjects related to the university's financial and legal matters, to enhance communication between the assisting staff, faculty members, and students.
