Faculty of Education for Early Childhood , Beni Suef University, participates in a roundtable on “Capacity Building and Advocacy for Human Rights Issues”

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the participation of the Faculty of Education for Early Childhood in a roundtable on “Capacity Building and Advocacy for Human Rights Issues” for three days. This is under the supervision of Dr. Tariq Ali, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies, Dr. Ibrahim Abdel Razek, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Hanaa Fouad, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service.
The table comes within the framework of the cooperation protocol between the Egyptian Organization for Human Rights, the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and the Civil Society Support Fund. It included a group of students from Sadat University, Teba University of Technology in Luxor, and Beni Suef University.
The table discussed a number of important topics, including concepts and strategies related to the concept of effective leadership, teamwork skills, analyzing the role of the leader in achieving goals, the difference between leadership and management, how to build teams and manage teamwork, how to motivate individuals and distribute roles, common mistakes in team management and ways to improve performance. In addition to promoting the culture of human rights as a basic pillar for promoting rights and freedoms and developing awareness of the basic principles of rights and freedoms, and promoting the values of citizenship and equality.
The dialogue touched on the emergence of human rights, from the end of World War II and the devastation it left behind, which represented a humanitarian catastrophe, then the discussion of international treaties and agreements related to human rights, the national framework for the protection of human rights, and the reference to the National Strategy for Human Rights, which was launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in September 2021.
