Communication Skills Course Concludes with Presentations on the Development of Dentistry and Artificial Intelligence at Beni Suef National University

The Faculty of Dentistry at Beni Suef National University concluded, under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, the activities of the Skills Course With a number of student presentations, this came under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Academic Vice President, Dr. Ahmed Osama Al-Jundi, Dean of the Medical Sector, Dr. Walid Samir Salem, Director of the Dentistry Program, and Dr. Mahira Emad, Communication Skills Coordinator. Dr. Mansour Hassan stressed the importance of these events in enhancing students' research and communication skills, as the topics of the presentations reflect students' awareness of the importance of scientific and technological progress in their field of study. Especially since the focus on artificial intelligence techniques in the study of dentistry supports the university's vision of preparing distinguished graduates who keep pace with the latest scientific developments, in a way that serves the medical sector and society as a whole

The presentations covered the stages of development of dentistry, starting from the primitive tools used by humans in ancient times, and the relationship between the health of the body and the mouth and teeth, all the way to modern technologies that rely on artificial intelligence, where the students reviewed how these developments contributed to improving diagnosis and treatment and providing more accurate and efficient services to patients. The presentations received great praise from faculty members and attendees for the level of the students and their ability to present their ideas in innovative communication methods. At the end of the events, the participating students were honored, amid an atmosphere of enthusiasm and appreciation for their efforts
