Beni Suef University organizes a workshop on the services of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank with the participation of 300 faculty members

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the digital library at the university organized a workshop on maximizing the benefits of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank’s services. This comes under the supervision of Dr. Tarek Ali, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Dr. Hani El-Nashar, Coordinator of Digital Transformation at the University, with the attendance of 300 faculty members, assistants faculty, researchers, and library specialists at the university.
The university president explained that the training workshop addressed the services provided by the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the services of the Supreme Council of Universities, how to register and log in to the Knowledge Bank portal and search engine, the most important databases and sources available on the Knowledge Bank and how to access them. In addition to shed light on the Knowledge Services Unit, especially with regard to promotions, impact factors, citations, meeting the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the databases of Dar Al-Manzomah, Emrald, Sprenger, and the Encyclopedia Britannica. Also, introducing international publishing, open access, free publishing, free case studies, the schedule of the Knowledge Bank’s distance learning courses, registration for them, and their accredited certificates.
