Beni Suef University organizes the activities of a student leadership preparation course

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the University’s Human Resources Development Center organized the activities of the Student Leadership Preparation Course in cooperation with the General Administration of Youth Welfare and in coordination with the University Students Union, under the supervision of Dr. Gamal Abdel Muttalib, Director of the Center, Dr. Hossam El-Din Al-Hawari, Student Activities Coordinator, and Mr. Mohamed Farouk, General Director of Youth Welfare.
The course covered several topics, including training students in communication skills, creative leadership, effective leadership, problem solving and decision-making, developing awareness and increasing loyalty and belonging in light of the threats facing national security, and the role of university youth in rejecting fanaticism, in addition to a lecture on Student Activities Regulations.
The university president explained that the aim of the courses is to prepare and qualify student leaders capable of managing student activities within the university and participating in the implementation of external community initiatives. The training program seeks to provide effective leadership training and focus on development and self-improvement based on interactive activities that focus on Developing the qualities that qualify the student to become a successful leader capable of serving his university and community.
Dr. Gamal Abdel Muttalib pointed out that the courses are lectured by an elite group of trainers accredited by the center, in addition to experts in the field of student activities, including professors and employees of the Youth Welfare Department, provided that the trainee obtains a certificate approved by the center indicating that he has passed the training course.
