Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Arts organized a symposium for the administrative apparatus and faculty members on the financial and administrative aspects, under the supervision of Dr. Mahrous Mohamed Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Azza Gohary and Dr. Wazir Abdel Wahab, Vice Deans of the Faculty. The symposium was lectured by Dr. Shaaban Mubarez, Financial Advisor of the President of the University, and Mr. Mohamed Salim, Secretary-General of the University.
The university president explained that the symposium dealt with introducing the perol system, clarifying disbursement and collection procedures, the documentary cycle in disbursement and purchase, the settlement system, and financial and legal reviews, in addition to the symposium dealing with administrative aspects such as job placement, the job performance evaluation system, working in special programs, and how to estimate needs and supplies educational equipment such as computers and interactive screens.
