President of Beni Suef University chairs a meeting of college directors to discuss mechanisms for developing administrative work

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired a meeting with colleges' directors and their assistants from various faculties and institutes of the university today, Wednesday. The university president holds this monthly meeting to monitor the progress of work at the colleges, in the attendance of Mr. Mohamed Selim, university's general secretary, and assistant secretaries.
Prof. Dr. Mansour engaged in an open dialogue with the college directors to assess work within the colleges and understand all the challenges they face. The aim is to quickly and immediately address and resolve these challenges. Various topics were discussed during the meeting, including mechanisms for developing work within the colleges in the context of the university's comprehensive digital transformation plan. This also involves automating all transactions, enhancing medical services provided by the university, and discussing safety and occupational health procedures within the colleges.
Prof. Dr. Mansour expressed gratitude to all university staff for their efforts during the examination period. He emphasized the need to continue implementing training courses for the development of technical and leadership skills. Additionally, there is a focus on enhancing financial, administrative, legal skills, supervision, and management, especially for young leaders. This approach positively impacts both individual and institutional performance improvement.
