President of Beni Suef University: Renewing the granting of the ISO 9001 and 21001 certificates of the Faculty of Science

Today, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the successful renewal of the ISO 9001 international certificate for Quality Management Systems and ISO 21001 for Educational Organization Management Systems for the Faculty of Science. This renewal was achieved with high effectiveness, meeting the international standard requirements. The announcement was following the recommendations of the external audit committee, which completed its work after reviewing all required files and documents. The process was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Dean of the Faculty of Science, and Dr. Heba Atef El-Shemy, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center.

This achievement followed the regular review committee's visit to the Faculty of Science by the ISO certificate-issuing company, which included engineers Tarek Khalid and Hossam El-Garhi. The committee reviewed the implementation procedures of the system, ISO 9001 files for the administrative departments, and ISO 21001 files for various scientific departments at the college.

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan extended his congratulations to the Faculty of Science, including professors, staff, and students. He emphasized the importance of applying quality standards at  all university faculties, centers, and departments to ensure the quality of services provided by each administration. Additionally, he stressed the significance of quality in the educational process across faculties, aiming for national and international accreditation. This plays a crucial role in enhancing the university's global ranking and attracting more international students.

The university president praised the continuous efforts of the Quality Assurance Center in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the system to maintain the university's ISO certificate. He highlighted the collaboration with various faculties, departments, and quality coordinators in achieving and sustaining the quality standards.
