Beni Suef University occupies advanced positions globally in the Times University Rankings

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university ranked 501-600 in the life sciences, engineering and technology sectors, and also ranked 601-800 in the physical sciences sectors and the medical and health sciences sector, globally according to the result of the British Times Higher Education classification for the year 2024.
Prof. Dr. Mansour explained that Beni Suef University was distinguished this year by an increase in the number of published researches compared to last year, high qualitative citation rates, and an increase in the number of incoming students compared to last year, stressing that the university has maintained the same values in the standard of international relations, and that Beni Suef University is distinguished with the presence of new colleges and institutes specializing in interdisciplinary and modern sciences, which has led to an increase in the number of faculty members within the university in all specializations compared to last year, and based on analyzing this year’s data it is clear that the efforts made to improve the quality of scientific researches published internationally have led to noticeable results in the rates of International publishing.
Prof. Dr. Sama Al-Daq, Director of the International Classification Office at Beni Suef University, also confirmed the efforts of researchers in light of the university’s encouraging and sponsorship of them to conduct scientific research, and overcoming any difficulties they may face in publishing. Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, university president, was keen to advance scientific research and work to make the university a research one.
