Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, met today with Mr. Osama Ahmed Al-Naqli, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Cairo, at the embassy, on the sidelines of a visit of a delegation of students from the Faculty of Politics and Economics to the embassy.
Dr. Mansour expressed his happiness at visiting the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Cairo, stressing the depth of historical relations between the two brotherly peoples, the Egyptian and Saudi, and the support for the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two countries during the era of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and the deepening of partnership and means of cooperation in all fields, including education and scientific research Where the meeting dealt with joint cooperation to exchange experiences between Beni Suef University and Saudi universities in the research and academic aspects, and student exchange, where the Saudi ambassador was invited to visit Beni Suef University and its various faculties
During his meeting with the Saudi ambassador, the President of Beni Suef University reviewed the university's vision to open fields of academic and research cooperation with all different universities around the world within the framework of the state's plan, indicating that the university has expatriate students representing different nationalities and all facilities are provided to them during their studies Stressing that Beni Suef University has 32 colleges and institutes, distributed over three complexes, which are the West Nile complex, the 55-acre industrial education complex, and the 330-acre eastern Nile, where Beni Suef University is unique from other universities in having new colleges and institutes that are distinguished of their kind in Egypt and the Middle East. These include the faculties of navigation sciences and space technology, earth sciences, the Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, and the Institute for the Elderly The Saudi ambassador welcomed Dr. Mansour Hassan and the delegation of Beni Suef University, where he reviewed the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030, which is based on three main facts, namely that the Kingdom is the cradle of the message of Islam, the Kingdom’s strategic location as well as the distinguished geography of the Kingdom, and after that various programs are used to build a vibrant society and build an economy Diverse and building the country's present on modern foundations Mr. Osama Al-Naqli emphasized the strength of the relations that bind the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as there are special experiences between the two countries and experiences between the two countries can be continuously enriched. At the end of the meeting, a dialogue took place between the Saudi ambassador and the students of the Faculty of Politics and Economics, during which all questions were answered
