Signing a cooperation protocol between the "Institute of Laser Research and Applications, Beni Suef University" and the "Applied Laser Research Unit, Dijla College, Iraq"

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, and Dr. Saeed Abdel-Hadi Al-Marhej, Dean of Tigris University College in Iraq, signed a joint cooperation protocol between the “Laser Research Institute, Beni Suef University” and the “Applied Laser Research Unit, Tigris University College in Iraq,” within the framework of the university’s direction Beni Suef towards achieving leadership regionally and globally in the field of developing laser science and its various applications through the latest international laser laboratories.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Tariq Ali, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Sahar Dawad, Academic Vice President of Beni Suef National University, Dr. Ahmed Osama, Dean of the Laser Institute, Dr. Lotfi Ghulam, Doctor of General Surgery at Tigris University, Dr. Ibrahim Abdel-Gayed, Dean of the Faculty of Earth Sciences, and Dr. Ahmed Hassan, Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Mohamed Qaid, Dean of the College of Computers, Dr. Hussein Al-Dahshan, Dean of the College of Health Sciences and Technology, and Dr. Khaled, a doctoral researcher at the Laser Research Institute. Dr. Ayman Ghoneim, Director of the Expatriates Department, and Professor Mohamed Salim, Secretary General of the University.
The university president stated that the protocol aims to consolidate and facilitate cooperation between the two parties, prepare joint programs in the field of laser science and its applications, and cooperate in the field of academic and vocational training, scientific research, technology transfer, studies and consultations, in addition to the exchange of students, researchers, faculty members and experts, and the preparation of investment services and projects.
