President of Beni Suef University issues a decision appointing Dr. Sherif El-Gayar as Acting Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun

Today, Tuesday, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, issued Decision No. 1144, appointing Dr. Sherif El-Gayyar, Professor at the Faculty of Arts, to act as Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun until 7-31-2024.
Dr. Sherif El-Gayar graduated from the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University in 1992, and obtained a master’s and doctorate degrees in literary criticism and comparative literature. Hadith and Comparative Literature in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the Faculty of Arts, and a member of the list of arbitrators to examine scientific production for the positions of professors and assistant professors in Egyptian universities, and a visiting professor in the universities of Poland and Indonesia, and he studied in the universities of America and India.
He also held previous positions, including Undersecretary of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, and Undersecretary of Al-Alsun College for Education and Student Affairs.
The President of Beni Suef University thanked and appreciated Dr. Ibrahim Hamid, former dean of the faculty, for his achievements throughout his tenure.
