President of Beni Suef University reviews the achievements of the University Performance Development Center

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, reviewed today, while chairing the meeting of the University Performance Development Center Board of Directors A report on the center's achievements during the last year, the most prominent of which was the university's obtaining the second place at the level of Egyptian universities in the patent index.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of the University for Community Service Sector, Dr. Tariq Ali, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Al-Deeb, Director of the Center, Mr/Muhammad Salim,  General Secretary of the University, and members of the Board of Directors The President of the University stated that the achievements included receiving 2018 forms for rewarding international publication of research  that published during the year 2022 only for all researchers, faculty members, and university affiliates in various colleges and institutes, and holding many workshops and receiving researchers at the International Publishing Office to answer their inquiries, motivating them to publish, and holding A series of specialized seminars for fellows  who returning from scholarship countries to transfer their scholarship experience to new researchers It also included the preparation of a database for faculty members and their assistants who are in scholarship countries and returnees according to the countries from which they obtained academic degrees, specializations and faculties, and the addition of 63 scientific laboratories, 7 central laboratories, and 423 research devices on the National Bank website for the laboratory and devices, and the preparation of a special e-book  for Competitive projects supported by the university, and an e-book for young researchers' projects In addition to coordinating with the Fulbright Commission Egypt to host an American expert professor to deliver a set of lectures and conduct research within the university, and to establish a database for factories located in the industrial zones in Beni Suef, and the establishment of a database of applied scientific research related to industry at Beni Suef University, with the organization of field visits to a number of these factories
In addition to launching an initiative towards green manufacturing, which aims to emphasize the role of Beni Suef University in advancing development and preserving the environment by inviting factories to convert to green manufacturing to reduce environmental risks, and to provide scientific solutions to some of the problems that facing the industrial community
