President of Beni Suef University honors Mahmoud Antar, the second world in blind judo, and confirms: an honorable model and pride for us

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, presented the university shield and a certificate of appreciation to student Mahmoud Sami Antar in the third year Department of History at the Faculty of Arts and the player of the judo team for the blind. He also directed that a financial reward be paid to him after obtaining the silver medal and second place in the judo championship competitions that were held in Finland which qualified for the Paralympic Games in Paris, in the presence of Dr. and Captain Mohamed Farouk, Director General of the Youth Welfare Department at the university
Dr. Mansour expressed his happiness and pride in what Mahmoud Antar, son of Beni Suef University, achieved in the judo championship competitions which held in Finland, stressing that he is an honorable and inspiring model, in the strength of determination and challenging the odds, and that the university is working to highlight the honorable models of students that are role models for everyone
The President of Beni Suef University stated that we are always working to encourage the gifted and distinguished because of the creativity and excellence of university students in various fields, and to provide all the necessary capabilities for them, praising the distinguished capabilities of the university’s people of determination and the advanced positions that they achieve at various local and international levels. This is the culmination of the university's efforts for these students
The student expressed his happiness at honoring of  Dr. Mansour Hassan, the president of the university and the first to honor him after his arrival in Egypt, stressing the role of the university in supporting its students in all sports activities
