Beni Suef University participates in the activities of training Ambassadors of Excellence for Award of Equal Opportunities and Women's Empowerment

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the university's participation in the activities of the first phase of training of excellence ambassadors for Equal Opportunities and Women's Empowerment Award on "Strategic Planning, Gender Equality and Equal Opportunities", launched by Egypt Award for Government Excellence in cooperation with the Economic Governance Project funded by USAID and the National Council for Women, the university is represented by Dr. Ghada Atef, Director of the Unit of Combating Violence against Women, and Ms. Olfat Al-Sharif, Director of Disability Service Unit.
For his part,Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan emphasized the university's keenness to participate in all events and activities that work to spread awareness and build capacities related to institutional excellence standards, strategic planning and empowering women to provide effective support to governmental agencies, and to change the work culture in governmental institutions through a different mechanism by focusing on training, awareness and positive motivation.
It should be noted that the training axes included a review of international experiences, main objectives of the axes of National Strategy for the Empowerment of Egyptian Women 2030, identification of the levels of strategic plans internationally and locally and the integration between them, in addition to presenting the criteria and steps for preparing a successful strategic plan.
