A student with special needs at Beni Suef University won the second place globally in judo

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that Mahmoud Sami Antar, a student in the third grade of the Faculty of Arts, Department of History, and a judo player for the blind, won the silver medal and second place in the judo competitions  held in Finland and qualifies for the Paralympic Games in Paris.

The university president congratulated the student for his distinction and for obtaining this distinguished position in judo sport, wishing him and the distinguished students of the university more progress and success, stressing the university's keenness to support its students and encourage them to actively participate in local and international competitions, and work to develop the spirit of innovation, creativity and mastery among its children, which contributes to their excellence and raise their efficiency and ability to participate effectively and honorably in various competitions.
