A delegation of students from Beni Suef National University participates in activities of the symposium “Youth and Combating Extremist Ideology”

A delegation of Beni Suef National University students participated under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, Acting President of National University and the supervision of Dr. Sahar Dawood, academic deputy, in the activities of “Youth and Combating Extremist Ideology” symposium, held in cooperation with the Observatory of the Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and under the auspices of the Grand Imam, Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayyib, Sheikh of Al-Azhar, at the Conference Hall of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif Sheikhdom in Cairo.
Prof. Dr. Mansour explained that the aim of the symposium is to educate university youth of both sexes on the most important contemporary societal issues, in implementation of the family and community awareness campaign "A stable family for a secure society", to spread awareness of the importance of preserving the Egyptian family, its cohesion and stability in order to preserve a safe society and strong generations capable of advancing the locomotive of development and progress and finding solutions to reduce the phenomena of domestic violence and crime in society.
The student delegation was headed by Dr. Sherif Mamdouh, Student Activities Coordinator at Beni Suef National University. At the end of the symposium, the participants were honored and delivered with certificates of appreciation.
