The Faculty of Science for People with Special Needs was organized under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, and Dr. Sameh El-Maraghi, Vice President of the University for Community Service Affairs, and under the supervision of Dr. Heba Abu El-Nil, Dean of the College, Dr. Ahmed Allam, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Mahmoud El-Shahawy, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. The ethical charter issued by the Ministry of Higher Education was presented in order for him to know all its clauses and remove each article in it so that the student can adhere to good morals on campus. And the ethics that must be demonstrated and made aware of the duties that he must abide by and the rights that he enjoys in all his interactions with university life and the laws that apply to him so that he can face these challenges ably.
