Education Technology at Beni Suef University organizes a scientific trip to a factory specialized in the manufacture of metal pipes

Under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Department of Production Technology at the Faculty of Education Technology organized a scientific field visit to one of Specialized and leading factories in the manufacture of rock steel pipes in the industrial zone in Bayad al-Arab for third-year students, under the supervision of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Muhammad Hassanein, Dean of the College
Dr. Mansour explained that the aim of the visit is to get acquainted with the various industrial processes and manufacturing technology related to the specialization of production technology and to link the academic study of the various courses with the industrial processes on production lines During this trip, the students got acquainted with some manufacturing technology processes related to the forming of metal strips, which are taught to the students of the third year, and all the details of the production line in the factory, starting with entering the raw material in the form of a large roll of metal strips, and then passing it between groups A series of rolls of different shapes that control the shape of the final product, which is either in the form of metal pipes or metal cans with a square or rectangular section for use in metal construction works in practical life
