Egyptian Space Agency receives a delegation of navigation sciences and space technology from Beni Suef University to discuss ways of cooperation

Under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, Dr. Sherif Sedky, CEO of the Egyptian Space Agency, received a delegation from the Faculty of Navigation Sciences and Space Technology Chaired by Dr. Osama Shalabiya, Dean of the Faculty, and the Vice Deans, Dr. Heba Allah Mohamed Abdel Halim, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Khaled Youssef, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, in the presence of Dr. Hisham Al-Askari, Vice President of the Egyptian Space Agency

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, explained that this visit comes within the framework of researching and supporting ways of cooperation within the framework of permanent and joint work between the Egyptian Space Agency and Beni Suef University since the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two parties, stressing the university's constant endeavor to conclude protocols with various parties in addition to the continuous endeavor and permanent to support and develop these agreements and activate them in a practical way In order to benefit the students of the college and prepare distinguished cadres from them and refine their practical skills that qualify them for the labor market, pointing to the need to pay attention to the College of Navigation Sciences and Space Technology and provide all support to it because it is the first college in the Middle East and Egyptian universities and it will have the first batch of its graduates this summer.
The President of the University expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Egyptian Space Agency for its fruitful cooperation in order to graduate practically qualified students in the field of navigation sciences and space technology, as it agreed to hold training for students on the satellite in research and teaching laboratories. A period ranging from 6 months to a year to know the capabilities and expertise available in it, as we are keen on graduating strong scientific cadres in the field of navigation sciences and space technology
The visit also included tours for the delegation within the agency's departments with specialists, and holding discussions and meetings with representatives of the agency's specializations to learn all that is new and related to the various specializations.
