Beni Suef University students on a field visit to the "Silo Foods" complex in Sadat City

Under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Military Education Department, under the supervision of Colonel Eid Mahmoud, Director of the Military Education Department, organized a field visit to the "Silo Foods" complex for food industries in Sadat City, which is one of the giant edifices that the Egyptian state has built recently to provide many From food commodities at reduced prices and high quality, the visit comes in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to organize visits by university students for national projects
During the visit, a documentary film was shown about the establishment of the company, its factories, and how to operate it. Silo Foods City for Food Industries was established in Sadat City on an area of 135 acres with a total production capacity of 470,000 tons annually, as one of the largest cities for food industries in the Middle East
The students made an inspection and field tour of a number of factories inside the complex, including the biscuit factory, the halva factory, the flour mill, the pasta factory, the bakery factory, factories for printing and producing carton boxes necessary for packaging products of all its kinds
