  Under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Law organized a symposium on spreading moderate thought and confronting extremist ideology under the supervision of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of the University for Community Service Sector. Su. in Al-Azhar, and in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Fawzi, Dean of the College, and Dr. Abdel-Aleem Musharraf, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development
The president of the university confirmed that the symposium dealt with the importance of calling for spreading correct moderate thought, confronting extremist thought, distancing oneself from misconceptions, consolidating human values, and promoting the values of citizenship, moderation, and moderation, in addition to discussing the virtues of the month of Sha`ban and preparing for the blessed month of Ramadan.
