President of Beni Suef University chairs the “Expatriates” and “Software” meetings

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired the meetings of the Higher Committee for Expatriates and the Software Design and Development Unit and Artificial Intelligence n the presence of Dr. Jamal Abdel-Rahman, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Ayman Ghoneim, General Coordinator of the Higher Committee for Expatriates, Dr. Fahd Kamal Al-Sharif, General Supervisor of the Software Design and Development Unit, and members of the two boards of directors
During the meeting of the Higher Committee for Expatriates, Dr. Mansour discussed several topics, including what happened during the month of December in the visits of the embassies of Malaysia and the meeting of the National University of Malaysia, which classified qs145, and the embassy of Iraq with the cultural attache, the consul and the official of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education to discuss ways of cooperation and the conclusion of protocols between the university and the embassies of Arab countries, a contract Workshops for expatriates towards digital transformation at the headquarters of the Central Administration for International Student Affairs in Nasr City, Cairo, to work on canceling paper statement and working with digital statement in order to avoid problems that have arisen and save time and effort for students. The meeting also discussed some special recommendations for the university’s dealings with students
In light of the digital statement, by setting up a mechanism to facilitate the entry of foreign students with a digital statement instead of a paper one from the university gates, and that dealing is through the application only, placing advertisements on the universities’ social media pages to inform the expatriate students that the statement has become digital to go quickly to the university to issue special cards Confirming the confidentiality of students' data, informing the faculties of the data periodically to facilitate student registration, in addition to making paper statements available to students who were nominated before the date of 1/1/2023, and determining the place of registration for Jordanian students in the Faculty of Law, Department of International

During the meeting of designing and developing software and artificial intelligence, several topics were discussed, including linking the system of credit hours for the College of Computing and Artificial Intelligence with the digital identity system, allowing students to inquire about committees by scanning digital ID cards at the entrances to the college, and starting the implementation of the cooperation protocol concluded with Al-Ahlia University in the digital identity program from Where the registration of Divisions, programs, the seated, as well as the electronic fingerprint program, and approval of the completion of the program of mechanization of the critical cases department
