President of Beni Suef University: Implementation of 78 training courses for 1820 trainees at the Human Resources Development Center during the past year

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, reviewed the technical report of the Human Resources Development Center for the year 2022,
This came during his chairmanship of the center's board of directors meeting, in the presence of Dr. Gamal Abdel Rahman, Vice President of the University for the Education and Student Sector, Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of the University for the Community Service Sector, Dr. Gamal Abdel Muttalib, Director of the Center, and members of the Board of Directors
The university president stated that the center held 78 training courses over the past year for faculty members and their assistants, with a total of 1820 trainees it also trained 260 employees of the university's administrative apparatus and qualified them to occupy the positions of general manager and deputy director, in addition to holding training courses for university leaders, "deans of faculties", with a total of 31 trainees, in addition to the "leaders of the new republic" courses for the Federation of Five Egyptian Universities, which he organized in cooperation with the leaders Preparation Institute
The university president pointed to the diversity of the fields of training courses to include communication skills, research team management, integrity and transparency The use of technology, the organization of scientific conferences, credit hour systems, scientific research ethics, quality standards, and international publishing
Dr. Jamal Abdel Muttalib added that the courses also included a course on professional ethics and conduct, examination systems and student evaluation, competitive projects, effective presentation skills, time and meeting management, university management, financial and legal aspects of administration, strategic planning, and effective teaching skills
