President of Beni Suef University witnesses the final of the five-a-side football championship and the distribution of prizes for various sports activities

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, witnessed the final of the five-a-side football championship between the Faculties of Education and Physiotherapy over the University President’s Cup, which ended with the victory of the Faculty of Education team by penalty kicks, with the participation of 28 faculties. Prizes were also distributed to the teams and students who won the three positions. The first in the five-a-side football games, table tennis for male and female students, and volleyball for male and female students, which was organized by the General Administration of Youth Welfare at the five-a-side stadium, in the presence of Dr. Hossam Al-Hawari, General Coordinator of Student Activities, Mr. Mohamed Salim, Secretary General of the University, and Mr. Mohamed Farouk, Director General of the Youth Welfare Department
Dr. Mansour Hassan emphasized that the role of the university is not limited to education only, but extends its role to an important axis, which is student activities, especially sports, which represent a factory for talented and creative people in various cultural, sports, artistic and scientific fields, which aims to refine students' sports talents and enhance their life experiences. Increasing the skills and capabilities that enable students to assume responsibility and qualify them for the labor market, and to face the challenges facing the Egyptian state, as youth are the basis for building the country, its present and its future
