President of Beni Suef University: Starting the application for the agricultural consultancy training project funded by the United Nations UNIDO

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today the start of the application for the training program for female university graduates on agricultural consultations and good production practices for medicinal and aromatic plants or dates, within the framework of the agricultural consulting training project funded by the United Nations for Industrial Development Organization "UNIDO".
The university president explained that the project aims to train female university graduates on consulting in good agricultural and productive practices in the field of medicinal and aromatic plants in order to achieve increased economic participation of women in the private sector in Egypt, and to harness their full potential as entrepreneurs and employees, which reflects positively on the development of the economy in this promising field within the framework of the Egyptian state's vision 2030.
Dr. Mumtaz Hijab, Dean of the Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, indicated that the target group in the program is girls who hold a bachelor's degree or advanced university degrees in agriculture, science or related educational fields, and final-stage students, as well as those who work in the field of agricultural consultancy, pointing out that the applicant should reside in any of the governorates of Beni Suef, Fayoum, Minya, and Giza as a condition for application, and that submission is via the electronic link https://forms.gle/VDnxLNXK4L3o36Yi6
