Plant Research Institute at Beni Suef University organizes a field visit for a researcher at the Algerian University of Djelfa

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants organized a field and practical visit to researcher / Aisha Mohamed Zawy, Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Biological Science, Faculty of Nature and Life Science, Zayan Achour University, Djelfa, Algeria, within the framework of activating cooperation agreements with Arab universities and the principles of joint cooperation in the African continent.
The university president affirmed the university's keenness to receive researchers from the African continent and Arab countries in order to collect the scientific material for their studies to obtain a doctorate degree in all scientific fields, especially the unique ones, pointing out that the institute is the only one specialized in this field in the Arab region.
Dr. Mumtaz Hijab, Dean of the Institute for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Research, stated that the researcher learnt about the departments and laboratories of the institute, as well as followed up on the equipment for establishing the first electronically equipped greenhouse for the propagation of medicinal and aromatic plants in Egyptian universities, which is currently being built at the institute.
