President of Beni Suef University: 55 cooperation agreements and protocols with external parties

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the conclusion of 55 cooperation agreements and protocols between Beni Suef University and external parties, through the report submitted by the Director of the University’s Office of International Cooperation and External Relations. Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Mohamed Mustafa El Deeb, Director of the Center and members of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Mansour explained that the agreements include European universities in order to achieve scientific cooperation, research activities, student exchange and exchange of grants, and African and governmental universities such as Alexandria, Ain Shams, Aswan, Zagazig and the American University to support water projects for the effective will to benefit from water resources, stressing that a center of excellence has been accredited. Water at Alexandria University to be a gathering point for the contracting parties with the aim of unifying scientific and research efforts in this field, in addition to contracting with private universities, institutes and research centers, charitable institutions and ministries such as the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the Ministry of Health and Population, and the New Valley Governorate, adding a number of general agreements represented in federations organizations and major corporations.
During the meeting, Dr. Mansour directed the need to provide all facilities to attract foreign students through these external agreements, especially African ones, stressing that the deans of the faculties should be addressed to write detailed reports on the external agreements concluded by their faculties, with proposals to conclude new agreements with other universities, and to write a report to evaluate what has been accomplished. In the internal agreements in order to organize training courses for students, and to organize seminars and conferences in cooperation with scientific cadres, and the launch of an initiative towards green manufacturing was also discussed, to work on linking research with industry to provide scientific solutions to solve problems of preserving the environment.
