President of Beni Suef University: The Faculty of Graduate Studies for Advanced Sciences organizes a "training day" for the students of the School of Excellence

 Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the Faculty of Graduate Studies for Advanced Sciences organized a training day for students of the School of Excellence in Science and Technology in Beni Suef, in the presence of
 Dr. Ahmed Farghali, Dean of the College, and Dr. Sama Al-Daq, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, in c
cooperation with the Department of Environment and Industrial Development and the Department of Science and Engineering of New and Renewable Energy at the College.
The university president stated that the college received 20 students from the School of Excellence in the framework of a scientific and training visit aimed at encouraging young researchers to obtain knowledge in the necessary and urgent fields for preserving the environment, as well as motivating them to join the college in the future, where the student delegation received scientific lectures on some Important applications for preserving the environment, wastewater treatment and research on the best means of reuse and recycling. The training day also included lectures on types of liquid waste, methods of treatment, the meaning of resource sustainability, and the energy, food and water system.
For his part, Dr. Ahmed Farghali indicated that the students also received lectures on the types of membranes used in wastewater treatment, new and renewable energy and their uses in treatment, and a lecture on modern wastewater treatment. The faculty members also accompanied the students on a scientific exploratory tour of the college’s laboratories to learn about Devices used to measure indicators of drainage and various pollutants.
