Beni Suef Rights holds the first mock trial workshop for the current academic year

Under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Legal Consultation and Training Center at the Faculty of Law organized the first mock trial workshop for the current academic year, under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Fawzi, Dean of the Faculty, and in the presence of Counselor Amr Abdullah of the State Cases Authority, and Dr. Abdel-Aleem Musharraf, Vice Dean of the Faculty. for Environmental Affairs and Community Service, and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Sharqawi, Director of the Legal Consultation and Training Center at the college.
The university president explained that the workshop aims to develop students’ skills and provide them with practical experiences that qualify them for the labor market. The workshop trained students on how to write legal notes, how to properly read criminal and civil cases, how to elicit and arrange legal defenses and respond to them, and how to present case facts before court.
