Under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, the Faculty of Science for People with special Needs at Beni Suef University opened the first laboratory for learning difficulties in the faculty Under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, in the presence of Dr. Hebat Allah Abu Al-Nil, Dean of the College, Dr. Walid Farouk, Vice Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Ramadan Ali, Head of the Learning Difficulties Department, Dr. Abu Deif Mukhtar, Lecturer of Learning Difficulties, and members of the teaching and support staff of the college
Dr. Mansour explained that the laboratory contains distinguished educational tools, media, and activities, in addition to tests and measures related to difficulties in attention, perception, memory, reading, writing, and mathematics and others that presented by students of the Department of Learning Difficulties in the college, where a film was shown that deals with the stages of establishing the laboratory, and the college’s preparations in preparing it, in order to qualify students for the labor market and develop their skills to deal with special cases that suffer from learning difficulties, stressing the need to learn the people of society, especially teachers and parents about learning difficulties and the need for early and proper diagnosis of them so that each case is dealt according to the appropriate individual plan
