A workshop on strategies for selecting statistical methods in scientific research at Beni Suef University

The Faculty of Science for People with Special Needs at Beni Suef University organized a workshop entitled Strategies for Choosing Statistical Methods in Scientific Research
Under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, in the presence of Dr. Heba Abu El-Nil, Dean of the Faculty of Science for People with Special Needs, Dr. Walid Farouk, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Osama Al-Nabarawi, teacher at the Faculty of Science for People with Special Needs and expert in statistical analysis, and a large number of faculty members and students of post  Graduate studies in different stages who are interested in statistical analysis in scientific research
Dr. Mansour explained that the workshop dealt with strategies for choosing statistical methods in scientific research, how to encode, classify, analyze and statistically process data, the fields of statistical treatments and the role of the accountant in data analysis. Discussions took place on the importance of statistics in scientific research, especially in the field of people with special needs, types of samples and statistical significance it was also discussed how to empty, classify and analyze data  by using the statistical measures  that used in describing questions and inferences, then the statistical analysis was reviewed using the spss program in preparation for another workshop on statistical analysis
in the  conclusion of the workshop, Dr. Heba Abu El-Nile, Dean of the College, announced the holding of other workshops for researchers, postgraduate students, and faculty members on modern methodologies for scientific research
Methods of its design, research technology in university education, mechanisms for using digital libraries, criteria for evaluating scientific research, linking education and research, in addition to developing university teaching methods, modern methods of documenting scientific research, and also the role of scientific research in university academic development
