Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Earth Sciences, under the supervision of Dr. Ibrahim Abdel-Gaid, Dean of the Faculty, organized an introductory day for new students about the engineering geology program In the presence of college representatives, faculty members, administrators, and students.
Dr/Mansour Hassan, the president of the university, explained that the induction week has become an annual tradition that all colleges and institutes of the university are keen on in the first week of the start of the study to introduce new students to the available departments and programs and the nature of the study in them, in addition to removing their dread and fear of the new life inside the university, adding that the college Earth Sciences is one of the distinguished faculties in its field It aims to prepare qualified scientific cadres in the fields of exploration and management of water resources, petroleum and mineral wealth, to meet the requirements of the labor market and provide them with practical skills that conform to the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education and Accreditation to advance scientific research and community services.
