President of Beni Suef University announces the launch of the systematic camp for undergraduate students at the Faculty of Social Work

Dr/Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today the launch of the first batch of the methodological camp for students of the fourth year at the Faculty of Social Work for a period of three days at the college headquarters, in light of the training program contained in the college list and the university training plan, in the presence of Dr. Abul-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Dean of the College, Dr. Hindawi Abdullahi, Vice Dean for the Education Sector, Dr. Hanan Ashry, Camp Director, and Dr. Elham Naim, Director of the Training Unit
Dr. Mansour Hassan explained that the goal of the camp is to train students on leadership skills, responsibility and community participation, as well as acquiring life skills and the ability to make decisions and manage time through the activities of the camp, pointing out that the camp will witness many events and seminars on contemporary issues from social service perspective like digital transformation and the dangers of the Internet, raising awareness of the demographic issue, the problem of illiteracy, dropping out of education, maintaining the cleanliness of the environment and water resources in behaviour, and the phenomenon of bullying, smoking, abuse and means of protection
Dr. Abul-Hassan Abdel-Mawgod indicated that the camp’s activities focus on interest in community initiatives and their role in achieving sustainable development in the Swedish society, and the activities include holding seminars on the national belonging of university youth and climate change, as well as holding art exhibitions for students and daily  parties  
It should be noted that the second batch of the camp will start from 20-22 September at the college headquarters
