Cooperation between Beni Suef University, the Supreme Council of Universities, and the Governorate General Office in the field of digital transformation and training

The Council of Beni Suef University, headed by Prof.Dr Mansour Hassan, President of the University, agreed in its 212nd session, to sign a joint cooperation protocol between the Electronic and Knowledge Services Center at the Supreme Council of Universities, the Information Technology Training Center at the university, and the Training Center in the Governorate’s General Court on the rehabilitation of civil society in Beni Suef Governorate to obtain a certificate in the basics of digital transformation
The cooperation comes within the framework of implementing the state’s strategy to build the Egyptian person, and to achieve Egypt’s 2030 vision in the field of digital transformation, through a clear plan to spread and consolidate the concepts and objectives of digital transformation at all levels within scientific and administrative institutions and bodies
For his part, Dr. Mansour Hassan explained that the cooperation aims to implement the digital transformation certificate and related training activities and tests on the employees of the administrative apparatus and civil society within the governorate of Beni Suef, pointing out that the universities supreme council will provide the scientific content of the programs eligible for obtaining the certificate and provide question banks and developing them, opening and following-up exams, providing advice and technical support, as well as granting those who pass the training the scientific certificate at the accredited training centers within the university
The President of the University indicated that the exams will be held at the University's Information Technology Training Center in accordance with the rules and procedures determined by the Supreme Council for universities and under the full supervision of the University, noting that the training programs include the basics of information technology, operating systems, word processors, presentations, electronic tables, the basics of databases and Internet research.
