Beni Suef University Council honors the semi-finalists winning research teams and the jury in the Youth for Development initiative

The Council of Beni Suef University, headed by Prof.Dr/ Mansour Hassan, President of the University, in its 209th session, held this morning, honored the research teams that won the first three places in the fields of development projects and policy papers, in the semi-finals in the Youth for Development initiative  which launched by Dr. Hala Al-Saeed, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, within the "Human Development Forum" in cooperation with the Supreme Council of Universities
  The honoring also included Dr. Mumtaz Hijab, the university's coordinator at the Human Development Forum and the administrative team, and the jury consisting of Dr. Tarif Shawqi, Dr. Hisham Bushra, Dr. Badr Nabih, former deputies, Dr. Abdel Aziz Al-Sayed, Dean of the Faculty of Media, Dr. Ola Hammouda, Professor at the Faculty of Science, and Dr. Najah Al Rayes, Professor at the Faculty of Politics and Economics
The university president stressed that the initiative aims to encourage young people to think of innovative solutions to the problems discussed in the Egyptian Human Development Report, and to contribute to the government’s efforts to respond to the developmental requirements of the Egyptian society by putting forward an idea for a development project and formulating it in a way that allows it to be adopted by a business incubator or a financial institution in order to Its implementation on the ground, pointing out that the formed committee evaluated 14 research teams in the framework of the semi-final liquidation in preparation for participation in the joint national project
Dr. Mansour Hassan emphasized honoring all the participating teams who did not get first places for their efforts and distinction, stressing that the university will seek to support their projects for the benefit of the Egyptian state
