Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, received today Mrs. Kholoud Rashid Matar, Cultural Counselor at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Cairo, to discuss ways of joint cooperation between the two sides, in the presence of Dr. Tarek Farouk Dean of the College of Physical Education, Mr. Muhammad Salim, Secretary General of the University, Dr. Ayman Ghoneim, General Coordinator of Expatriates at the University, and Professor Ahmed Eid, Director of Expatriates Department at the University
Dr. Mansour Hassan expressed his happiness at the visit of representatives of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Cairo to the University of Beni Suef, stressing the depth of the historical relations between the two brotherly Egyptian and Bahraini peoples, and supporting the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two countries during the era of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Republic, and deepening partnership and means of cooperation in all fields, including education. and scientific research The meeting discussed ways of cooperation between Beni Suef University and universities in the Kingdom of Bahrain in research and academic aspects
During his conversation with the cultural advisor to the Kingdom of Bahrain, the university president indicated that Beni Suef University is the largest Egyptian university, as it includes 33 colleges and institutes, distributed over three complexes, namely, West Nile Complex, Industrial Education 55 acres, and 330 acres in East Nile. The university is also characterized by the presence of Colleges and institutes with unique specializations at the level of Middle East
Including the faculties of navigation sciences and space technology, sciences for people with special needs and graduate studies for advanced sciences, the Research Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, and the Institute for Elderly Studies and Sciences, as well as many distinguished new programs and divisions, in addition to a number of faculties obtaining quality assurance and accreditation, which making the university competitive the other Universities at home and abroad and gaining advanced positions in international rankings
The President of Beni Suef University stressed that the university administration is working hard to provide the appropriate atmosphere for expatriate from all countries and to establish a feeling of familiarity with them and that they are in their second home, and is keen to provide all means of care for them through daily and accurate follow-up during and after the school day and work to integrate them into the various students activities that carried out by the university
