President of Beni Suef University witnesses the celebration of the "National Day" and appreciates the efforts of the political leadership to develop Upper Egypt

Today, Prof. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, witnessed the grand celebration organized by Beni Suef Governorate on the occasion of the governorate's National Day.
This came in the presence of Major General Mahmoud Shaarawy, Minister of Local Development, Dr. Muhammad Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, and a group of executive, popular, religious, security and military leaders, and media professionals in the governorate.
The ceremony began with a minute's silence for the nation's martyrs, followed by a parade of vehicles of local units and directorates, and then a number of performances and artistic and sports performances with the participation of the ministries of education, culture, youth and sports.
During his speech, Major General Mahmoud Shaarawy congratulated the people of Beni Suef on their national day, stressing that the governorate of Beni Suef witnessed the opening of many development, service and investment projects, the cost of which exceeded one hundred billion pounds, and this comes in light of the direction of the Egyptian state under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to develop Upper Egypt to become a magnet for investment,
Pointing out, uh, 12 electronic service complexes are being established in Biba and Nasser centers, and 29 model parking and market projects are being prepared, as well as training many youth leaders within the governorate, and a dry port is being established in the Kom Abu Radi industrial area, praising the rapid development witnessed by the governorate, which was reflected positively. On the decrease in poverty rates within the governorate and the decrease in unemployment indicators.
