Beni Suef University Hospitals ascend to the second level in the Antibiotic Use Governance Program in the Pharmacy Care Initiative

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today, that the university hospitals have risen to the second level in the governance program for the use of antibiotics in the pharmacy care initiative under the supervision of the Egyptian Medicines Authority, which aims to raise the awareness of all pharmacists for good drug practices, raise the level of pharmaceutical care services, and raising the efficiency of pharmacists working at hospitals to provide the best care for patients and control the use of antibiotics.
Prof. Dr. Mansour thanked Dr. Atef Morsi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beni Suef University Hospitals, Dr. Mohamed Shaaban, Director of Beni Suef University Hospitals, doctors, nurses and the staff for their efforts to serve patients, stressing that the hospital strives to perform the largest number of surgeries and complete the waiting lists, through the constant quest to provide a distinguished medical service, to alleviate the suffering of patients, and to instigate the development and addition of new units within the hospital.
For his part, Dr. Atef Morsi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beni Suef University Hospitals, praised the role that the hospital plays in serving Beni Suef community under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, stressing that the hospital is distinguished from other hospitals by the availability of a large number of faculty members and highly qualified and experienced nurses who have technical knowledge of the latest modern medical devices.
