President of Beni Suef University: Electronic exams will be held at 3 faculties

Today, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that exams will be held at the faculties of Medicine, Physiotherapy and Nursing for the first semester, according to the electronic exam system, with the attendance of 767 students in 5 courses, within the framework of cooperation protocol between the Ministries of Higher Education and Communications and in accordance with the directives of the political leadership to start with the medical sector as a first stage. Beni Suef University is one of the first Egyptian public universities to apply electronic exams through the system launched by the Supreme Council of Universities.

This was during the report, which he discussed while chairing the meeting of the Higher Education Development Projects Management Unit, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Fatma Hassan, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Gamal Abdel Rahman, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Amr Abdel Aziz, Director of Education Development Unit, and Mr. Mohamed Salim,   secretary general of the university, and members of the Board of Directors.


Prof. Dr. Mansour confirmed that computers have been provided and exams are uploaded to them, by following up of faculty members and information technology specialists at the university to provide technical support to students in the event of any problem, and to ensure that the exam process is completed quietly without any problems, and that the mid-term exam will be held for the second semester at the Faculty of Dentistry, he pointed out that the university is moving at a fast pace in relying on the electronic form in light of the trend towards digital transformation, the availability of infrastructure, and modern devices and technologies for digital transformation.
