Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired the meeting of the new faculties directors and their assistants at the level of the university's faculties and institutes, in the presence of Mr.Mohamed Selim, Secretary General of the University.
The President of the University began the meeting by extending his thanks and appreciation to the former directors for their efforts and tangible achievements during their work period.He also congratulated the new directors and their assistants, wishing them success, stressing the need to continue implementing preventive measures and precautionary measures to prevent the Corona virus.
The meeting included a surprise drug analysis campaign by the Forensic Medicine and Toxicology Department at the Faculty of Human Medicine, as part of the sudden drug analysis tours for the university’s administrative staff.
During the meeting, Dr. Mansour Hassan directed to raise the level of efficiency of the human element in all sectors, to bring about a qualitative shift in the organizational culture of the university’s administrative apparatus, and to attract new leaders from young people to leadership positions in the faculties, stressing the activation of the meeting of college directors with the staff in each college and a meeting of the university Secretary-General with the directors and their assistants on a regular basis, provided that it is held before the university council.
 The President of the University stressed that the importance of the movement lies in building cadres and injecting new blood into leadership positions, as well as exchanging and transferring knowledge and experiences on a large scale, in addition to developing the expertise of employees, controlling the administrative work system, advancing work in a number of important files, and rewarding and escalating the distinguished. to high leadership positions.
The President of the University reiterated the necessity of continuing to implement training courses for the development of technical, leadership and behavioral skills, in addition to the financial, administrative and legal aspects, which is reflected positively on improving individual and institutional performance.
