President of Beni Suef University: Administrators’ access to training courses is a prerequisite for assuming leadership positions

 Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, said today that the administrators' access to training courses is a prerequisite for taking leadership positions and renewing again, through cooperation between the two centers for professional development and human resource development at the university, with the aim of developing and raising the efficiency of workers' performance and developing their abilities and skills. This came while he chaired the first meeting of the Professional Development Center in the presence of Dr. Imad El Din Mohamed Kamel, director of the center, deans of faculties, Mr. Ismail Salim, deputy director of the center, and members of the board of directors.
The meeting discussed several proposals, including a membership for students wishing to obtain training courses offered by the center, which includes 20 training programs, including employment skills, career planning, entrepreneurship, English, occupational health and safety, and others, for a nominal fee, in addition to training team students. To meet the needs of the labor market and nominate the distinguished among them to work in companies and factories through cooperation with businessmen in the governorate.
It is worth noting that the University’s Professional Development Center was opened in 2018 with the aim of bridging the gap between university education and the requirements of the labor market by providing training programs to build and develop specialized professional and technical skills to help students find suitable job opportunities in addition to career guidance, workshops and employment forums.
